New Toulon Police Chief Terry Echols, began his new position last week.  Echols has 16 years experience as a police officer and also works part-time at Black Hawk College as part of the Campus Police Department.
Echols met with the Toulon City Council to review job duties, description and items to focus on for the first month of his trial period.  Echols reported on his start-up plans and submitted names of other officers for possible part-time employment by the city.
