Accidents
3-18-11 - A single vehicle accident occurred along Route 91 approximately a quarter mile east of 200 E.  The driver involved was identified as Andrew M. Nelson, 23, of Altona, who reportedly drifted off onto the right shoulder of the road and then over corrected the vehicle which caused it to spin around and go into the ditch.  There were no injuries reported or citations issued, but the vehicle did sustain over $1,500 in damages.
Incidents
3-28-11 – Brandi L. Wilkinson, 25, of Wyoming, reported a theft after discovering evidence of where someone had stolen cash and items from her vehicle.
3-28-11 – Harlan L. Grant Jr., 36, of Wyoming, was arrested by Wyoming Police Officer Mark James, for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.  Grant posted $100 cash bond and was released with a notice to appear.
3-29-11 – James G. Rice, 51, of rural Wyoming, reported a burglary after discovering evidence of where someone had broken into his farm buildings south of Toulon.  The incident remains under investigation.
3-29-11 – Todd Smith, 29, of Toulon, reported a possible burglary after discovering evidence of where an unknown individual had entered several of his buildings on two property sites he owns west of Toulon.
3-30-11 – Joe Colgan, 64, of Bradford, reported the theft of a fan and motor off of his grain bin located northeast of Bradford.  The incident remains under investigation.
3-30-11 – Stephen R. Winslow, 60, of rural Toulon reported the theft of a motor from his residence.
3-30-11 – Misty L. Turnbull, 35, of Toulon, reported the theft of a delivered UPS package from her residence.  The incident remains under investigation through Toulon Police Chief Terry Engels.
3-31-11 – Ryan M. Demuynck, 25, of Bradford, was arrested by Stark County authorities on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear on the original charge for theft.  He posted bond and was released with a court date to appear.
3-31-11 – Joshua A. Cameron, 24, of Bradford, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for driving on a suspended license.  He posted bond and was released with a court date to appear.
4-2-11 – Stephanie A. Stutler, 47, of Castleton, was issued a notice to appear for interference with child visitation.
4-2-11 – Rodney A. King, 42, of Wyoming, reported that someone had broken into a barn located northeast of Toulon and stolen his flair wagon.  The incident remains under investigation.
