4-23-11 – Brian D. Good – Driving 21-25 mph above the speed limit.

4-26-11 – Jospeh J. Werderitch – Driving 15-20 mph above the speed limit.

4-23-11 – Jacob M. Montgomery – Driving 15-20 mph above the speed limit.

4-26-11 – A deer related accident occurred along Route 93 at the intersection of Township Road 1100 E.  The driver involved was identified as Richard J. VanWynsberg, 49, of Kewanee.  There were no injuries reported, but vehicle damages were estimated between $500 and $1,000.

4-24-11 – Constance L. Zavala, 34, of Wyoming, was issued a notice to appear by Wyoming Police Officer Mark James, for interference with child visitation.

4-27-11 – Larry E. Wright, Jr., 35, of Toulon, reported a burglary at his residence.  Missing items included a computer, a firearm pistol and several movies.  The incident remains under investigation.

4-28-11 – Walter F. Deemie, 51, of Castleton, was issued a notice to appear by Stark County Animal Control Officer Gary Bent, for allowing his two dogs to run at large.

4-29-11 – A 17 –year-old Castleton girl was arrested for aggravated battery.  She was later released with a notice to appear.

4-29-11 – Kaelee R. Gray, 18, of Toulon, Kayla J. McCoy, 19, of Altona, along with a 16-year-old Bradford girl and a 17-year-old Galva girl were all arrested for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.  All four subjects were later released with notices to appear in court.  Also arrested in the same incident was Anthony T. Potter, 23, of Wyoming, charged with unlawful delivery of alcohol to a minor and for illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger.  He posted $100 cash bond and was released with a court date to appear.

4-30-11 – Kristina E. Potter, 29, of Wyoming was issued a notice to appear for battery.

4-29-11 – Mark S. Duncan, Toulon and Debra S. Duncan, Toulon.

4-29-11 – Mark D. Thornton, Toulon and Linda A. Thornton, Schleswig, Iowa.

4-29-11 – Ricky Gene Board, Wyoming and Angela Kay Ratulowski, Wyoming.
