Accidents
10-6-11 – A deer-related vehicle accident occurred on 00E just south of Route 17.  The driver involved was identified as Patrick E. Sherbeyn, 54, of LaFayette.  There were no injuries reported, but the vehicle did sustain over $1,500 in damages.
10-7-11 –  A deer-related vehicle accident occurred along Route 17 and 900E.  The driver involved was identified as Ronald J. Gwinn, 63, of Toulon.  There were no injuries, but the vehicle did sustain damages over $1,500.
10-8-11 – A deer-related vehicle accident occurred at 1050N and Route 91 at 12:08 a.m.  The driver involved was identified as John A. Horsley, 45, of Castleton.  There were no injuries reported, but the vehicle did sustain over $1,500 in damages.

Incidents
10-2-11 – A domestic problem was reported from a Toulon rural residence located in Elmira Township.
10-3-11 – Charles Mueller, of Wyoming, reported a theft from his property after discovering where several parts were stolen off of his corn reel.  The incident remains under investigation.
10-3-11 – Shawn Vaughn, 41, of Toulon, reported to authorities that he had $500 either lost or stolen.
10-3-11 – Roy R. Kraft, of Wyoming, reported the theft of a deer camera from a location at 1200E and 1200N.  The incident remains under investigation.
10-4-11 – A dog bite incident that occurred at the Wyoming Veterinary Clinic was reported to authorities at the Stark County Sheriff’s Department.
10-4-11 – Terrence A. Buzbee, of Toulon, reported criminal damage to property after he discovered where an unknown individual(s) had shot out his kitchen window with a pellet gun.
10-4-11 – Drew H. Ferris, 57, Dahinda, was ticketed for driving with his license revoked.
10-5-11 – Harassments and threats were the source of a complaint received from administration at the Stark County Junior High School.
10-6-11 – Ryan A. Silvis, 30, of Peoria, was arrested for domestic battery.  He later posted $200 cash bond and was released with a court date to appear.
10-6-11 – A 17-year-old Toulon juvenile was arrested for disorderly conduct.  He was released with a notice to appear.
10-6-11 – Richard Hardy, of rural Wyoming, reported criminal damage to property after discovering evidence of where his granddaughter’s vehicle had been damaged. The incident remains under investigation.
10-8-11 – Timothy D. Lucas, 45, of Toulon, was charged with disorderly conduct.  He was released with a notice to appear.
10-8-11 – Emanuelle J. McFall Miles, 19, of Champaign, was arrested by Bradford Police Chief Dawn Dove, on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant for parole violations.  She was taken into custody and transported to the Stark County Jail where she is awaiting extradition.
