Police confirm 8 vehicles broken in to in Wyoming

wyomingWyoming Police Chief Steve Sloan is investigating eight vehicle robberies that occurred in the morning hours of Wednesday, November 2.

According to Chief Sloan, all eight vehicles were unlocked and had various items stolen from them, including a Nintendo DS player, GPS unit, CDs and change.

The vehicles were parked all in the 500 block of 7th, Galena, or Main streets in Wyoming.

Crime scene investigators from Rockford were called to assist in the investigation. So far, no information leading to a suspect has been found.
